Reg. # _____________________ to the stallion, Nicks Huachuca using cooled transported semen
1.
The stallion fee of
$1,5000.00 must be paid in advance along with the 1st semen shipment fee
of $200.00. Additional shipments must also be paid in advance at the cost
of $200.00 per shipment. To reserve a breeding, a booking fee of
$400.00 (applied towards breeding fee) is payable and must be returned with
this contract.
2.
Mares on the
premises of Iron Mill Ranch have a breeding priority on any given breeding day,
which is scheduled for every other day. Priority in semen transport will be
given to those who book earliest and who give 24-hour notice. Cancellation must
be made by 9:00 am shipping day.
3.
If the client
specifies counter-to-counter air shipment from DFW, client will pay the courier
fee and additional shipment charges.
4.
A LIVE FOAL
GUARANTEE will apply only to those mares that are certified by an attending
veterinarian to have conceived and carried a pregnancy for 60 or more days from
insemination. Return breeding under the live foal guarantee will be honored the
following breeding season. Live foal guarantee by stallion owner will be void
and stallion owner will be released from all liability if above stallion dies or
becomes unfit for service. It is further understood that should the stallion
die, be sold by owner, or become unfit for service prior to settling the mare,
this contract shall become null and void and my breeding fee will be returned,
if it has been paid in full.
5.
Neither Iron Mill
Ranch nor any of its officers or employees shall be liable for damages as a
result of damage to the semen or as a result of a mare failing to settle.
6.
The parties
acknowledge that this agreement is made and shall be considered to be entirely
performed within the State of Texas and shall be construed and enforced under
the laws of the State of Texas. Under Texas law (Chapter 87, civil practice and
remedies code), an Equine Professional is not liable for an injury or the death
of a participant in Equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of
Equine activities.
7.
This contract shall
be binding upon the parties hereto, upon execution here of and the same may not
be altered or amended, except by written consent of the parties hereto.
8.
A photo static copy,
both sides, of the registration papers on your mare must accompany contract.
Owner recorded on registration certificate will be recorded on the stallion
breeding report.

copies will be made and sent back. Originals will be kept on file.
